You will learn:

  • What a SWOT analysis is
  • How to prepare a basic business plan
  • How a SWOT analysis helps create a clear picture of an effective planning process by providing a reality check and help you think both short and long term
  • How to use a SWOT analysis to provide an overall view of the key factors influencing the future of your business
  • How to incorporate the results of the SWOT analysis into the preparation of a business plan

This workshop will be in-person at the KNOWN Coworking facility in New Haven and virtually via Zoom.
